Santa Monica, CA
Santa Monica kitchens run the full range: pre-war homes north of Montana with appliances fitted into original cabinetry, canyon properties, and condos closer to the water. We service Sub-Zero, Wolf and Viking across all of it, with same-day or next-day appointments.
Our Santa Monica work has leaned toward cooking appliances and controls. One Viking range had unreliable ignition across the cooktop — worn spark electrodes, replaced with OEM parts (that job). Another Viking oven produced no heat at all, which meant removing the door and panels to reach a failed igniter (the repair). On the refrigeration side, a Sub-Zero was behaving erratically and testing pointed at the main control board rather than the sealed system (what we found) — the distinction that separates a board swap from a five-figure conversation.

Other major brands — Thermador, Miele, Bosch, GE, Whirlpool and more — are serviced too; the services page has the full list.

Santa Monica is the northern end of our territory — we dispatch from Manhattan Beach up the coast. Same-day slots exist but fill earlier here than on the peninsula, so calling in the morning helps. You get a text 20–40 minutes before the technician arrives.
If you are in a building with gated parking, a guest list or an elevator, or on a street with permit-only parking, mention it at booking — it is the most common reason a visit starts late.
Yes. It is the northern edge of our territory and we work there regularly — the cases above are all Santa Monica jobs. Same-day slots go earlier here than closer to home, so book in the morning when you can.
On a gas oven it is most often the igniter: it still glows, but no longer draws enough current to open the gas valve, so no gas ever arrives. If nothing responds at all, the control board is the more likely candidate. We have repaired both in Santa Monica. The difference matters because the two parts sit at very different price points, which is why we test rather than guess — see igniter versus control board.
Yes, and it is common here. Most work on built-ins happens through the grille and service panels rather than by pulling the unit out of its opening. Where a repair genuinely needs more access, the technician tells you before starting — nobody should be surprised by cabinetry coming apart.
