About us
Specialists, not generalists
Wolf & Viking Service specializes in three brands — Viking, Sub-Zero and Wolf. That focus is the whole point: premium built-in appliances are engineered differently, and they deserve technicians who work on them every day. We service other major brands as well, so one call covers the whole kitchen.
Who we are
We are Appliance Service Group, doing business as Wolf & Viking Service — an independent appliance service company based at 516 N Sepulveda Blvd, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266. Our technicians have spent more than a decade working on built-in refrigeration and professional-style cooking appliances in South Bay homes: sealed systems, compressors, evaporators, igniters, and control boards.
Because these three brands are our daily work, we see the same platforms again and again — a Sub-Zero 600-series that stopped cooling, a Wolf oven that will not hold temperature, a Viking refrigerator with a failed control board. That repetition is what makes diagnosis fast and repairs dependable.

Our team
Meet the team behind Wolf & Viking Service
Premium appliances require more than general repair experience. They demand careful access, model-specific diagnostics, and respect for the home around them. Our technicians take the time to identify the actual failure, explain the available options, and test every completed repair before the job is finished.
Oleg
Premium Refrigeration Technician
Oleg approaches refrigeration problems methodically. He evaluates temperatures, airflow, sensors, electrical controls, and sealed-system performance before recommending a repair. Whether he is working on a built-in Sub-Zero refrigerator or a Viking cooling system, his priority is to find the source of the problem — not simply replace the first part connected to the symptom. Customers appreciate his calm manner and clear explanations.
Tony
Range, Oven & Cooktop Technician
Tony works with professional-style ranges, wall ovens, and cooktops. His service calls often involve ignition problems, uneven temperatures, burner performance, sensors, and electronic controls. He carefully tests the appliance, protects the surrounding kitchen, and explains the repair plan before approved work begins. His goal is to restore safe, dependable operation without unnecessary parts or surprises.
Rick
Diagnostic Technician
Rick brings a direct and practical approach to every appointment. He is known for being responsive, professional, and straightforward about what an appliance needs. From electrical and control problems to mechanical failures, Rick focuses on identifying the actual cause and giving the homeowner an honest recommendation. His work is not complete until the appliance has been tested and the customer understands the result.
Franco
Service Coordinator & Dispatcher
Franco is often the first person customers speak with when they contact us. He listens carefully to the problem, collects the appliance brand, model, symptoms, and installation details, and helps assign the right technician to the service call. Franco coordinates appointment windows, provides arrival updates, and keeps customers informed when parts or follow-up visits are needed. His goal is to make the entire process — from the first call to the completed repair — clear, organized, and easy for the customer.
Independent — and clear about it
Wolf & Viking Service is an independent appliance service company. Sub-Zero, Wolf and Viking names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. References to these brands describe the appliances we service and do not imply manufacturer authorization unless expressly stated.
