Wolf Range Spark Module Repair

Reported symptomSurface burners would not spark or light
Work performedTraced the ignition fault to a failed spark module, replaced it with an OEM module, and verified reliable ignition on every burner.

What happened

When no burner on a Wolf range will spark — as opposed to one stubborn burner — the fault is almost never the individual electrodes. It is the spark module: the component that generates the high-voltage pulse for the whole cooktop.

We confirmed the module had failed rather than replacing parts speculatively, fitted an OEM module, and lit every burner in turn before leaving.
