What happened
Condenser cleaning is the least glamorous and most valuable service a built-in refrigerator gets. A coil packed with dust makes the compressor work hotter and longer — which is how a healthy sealed system turns into an expensive one.
This unit was in good order and left that way, with the system inspected while access was open.
